Yesterday was my final workshop in this series for the Women's Resource Centre in Bega. I discussed how to stretch your meals, how to make bone broth, using cheaper (but more tasty) cuts of meat, making your own dairy products, cooking with beans and legumes for extra, inexpensive protein.
