Cooking with Beans & Legumes

Recently, I gave a cooking class at the Women's Resource Centre (WRC) in Bega on cooking with beans and legumes, it was as shortened version of the workshop I offered a few weeks ago in Candelo. The WRC recorded it so we could share the information.


In it I cook Kale & Coconut Mung Dahl, I discuss how to properly prepare beans to make them more digestible, three ways to cook beans and some ideas on how to incorporate them into your weekly meals. You can watch the workshop by clicking on this link.
