Sweet and savory yogurts....one is mixed with harissa to use on top of veggie patties, meatballs or roasted pumpkin; the second is a sweet yogurt - maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla (you can add raspberries, too) to use for parfaits, smoothies or on top of fresh fruit.
You can use whatever plain, non-flavored yogurt you like....cow's milk, coconut, etc.
Sheep's yogurt is particularly good with harissa.
Buying flavored yogurt is expensive (and can contain additives, sugar), but you can make up whatever flavors you like at home.
We do these at the beginning of the week so they're on-hand when needed.
