This chickpea dish is adapted from an Eleanor Ozich recipe. This one has chorizo, beans, sweet paprika, homemade tomato pasata, preserved lemon, lemon thyme, shallots and garlic.
The baked veggies are a Sunday must. So delicious after a long day!
Oops, I forgot to put the dessert in the photo - Pear and Cinnamon Clafoutis....it was so good I had seconds!
