New garden beds!
Can't wait to start planting in them. The established beds just aren't enough to be completely self-sufficient. This should help us to be be able to rest some of the beds so we don't deplete them, but still produce enough.

And while the others are working on the garden beds, I've been making kimchi...I really should learn to use gloves-my hands are on FIRE!
Green cabbage Red cabbage Green onions (spring onions) Daikon radish Carrots Ginger (a lot) Garlic Chillies (lots of different varieties) Sea salt
I think this batch just might be hot enough. I'll know at the end of the week. Yum!
