Green Apple & Cinnamon Muffins using coconut flour....low carb, high fibre/fiber and high protein.
I used the same base recipe as the blueberry muffins from last week except I have run out of coconut oil so there's 2 tablespoons butter instead (applesauce would have worked, too). Apple and cinnamon was substituted for the blueberries.
Can't wait 'til morning tea!
